The National Society of Leadership and Success

The Society is a community of leaders dedicated to creating lasting, positive change. The Society is recognized as a worldwide organization for achievement and leadership education. Rather than just providing a one-time event, the Society distinguishes itself from other programs by integrating a year-long speaker series with interactive components, training in goal-setting, and team meetings in which students set and hold each other accountable to achieving goals. Founded in 2001, today we have over 300,000 members from over 385 chapters nationwide.

The Society also prides itself on being a great place to work. We take our roles seriously, but do try to have fun while we strive to fulfill our mission of helping build leaders who make a better world.
